Katie + Joseph - Ombre Sparkle Wedding Invitations

I was beyond blessed to design and assemble these invitations for my high school friend, Katie. We've kept in contact over the years through Facebook and asked if i would be so willing to do these for her special day. Of course, I said yes.

 She wanted all the text to be in an ombre fade from silver to hot pink. This was the first time doing this, so I was SO pleased with how they turned out!

 We paired the pretty pink lettering to a metallic white cover stock, metallic envelopes.. all sealed together with a simple pink bow.

My friend Emilee also coordinated her big day last weekend. She posted a fantastic video, done by Joel Muniz, today from K+J's wedding day. It's perfection.

I recently (and SO incredibly behind the times) got into Mad Men. I can't stop watching it. 

I found these photos taken from behind the scenes. Even though this was shot in present day, they STILL look like they could be from the 1960's. Just, love.

I just purchased these beauts on GILT. I love this site and their deals, but today marks my first purchase. Most likely, I'll be wearing these every day this summer. Maybe not, but still. I think we'll be best friends.

Misty + Greg - Calendar Save The Dates

 

 Here are some fun and simple save the dates for my good friend Misty!

She wanted something super simple, with bold fonts, and just an overall fun vibe.

 

The style of their wedding is vintage meets outdoor meets fancy. Quite the combo, huh? For the Save the Dates, I thought it'd be fun to go all out on the bold and big fonts.

Her main invitations are quite the opposite - fancier, clean, and more color. Let's call those the "formal" ones, and these the "fun" ones, ok? The cool thing is that they are TOTALLY Misty and Greg, a quirky mix of nature loving, refined, yet down to earth. I'm quite proud of the way they're turning out!
